Data protection

Doğa Armangil (hereinafter "Company") is able to offer strong protection for your data. We do not disclose your data to advertising companies, or any other, except to our web host, which is Google with its Google Cloud Platform (GCP). In turn, GCP is extremely respectful of the data entrusted to them.

Collected data

The Application collects:

• Your mobile phone number when creating an account with us.
• Your company name, mailing address, and email address.
• The address and the number of living units of the buildings you manage.
• Your messages sent to residents of managed buildings.

Use of data

• Your mobile phone number is used to verify your identity when you log into our service using the Application.
• Your company name, mailing address, and email address are used for billing purposes.
• The addresses of buildings are used to specify recipients for your messages. The number of habitable units in buildings is used by us to detect connection attempts by people foreign to a building, and to establish your billing.
• You use your messages to address the residents of the managed buildings.

Transmission to third parties

Your data is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), which has a strict policy regarding your data. See section 5.2 of the Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service.

Inactive accounts

You are free to contact us to ask us to delete your account and associated data.
